Lush Top 5 Products

lush best products
Of course everyone loves Lush for their bath bombs but I sometimes feel people are so overwhelmed that they tend to stick to the bath products and neglect all the other goodness that Lush has on offer! For that reason, these are my top Lush products not including bath bombs. These are the products I have repurchased again and again!

I've heard quite a few people rave about this product, both bloggers and others. This is essentially a solid body butter which you can use in the shower and it makes your skin so soft! This one you'd just have to try for yourself to believe me! It's the most moisturizing product I have ever used!

This is the perfect highlighter, nothing else I've tried has been as good as this. Mix it with your foundation or moisturizer for a natural glow or use as a highlighter, which is what I tend to do. It's not a product I've heard anyone talk about and I have no idea why!

I think this product is the first I tried that wasn't a bath bomb and have been using it religiously for a couple of years. The fine sea salt gently exfoliates and the citrusy (that's not a word but should be...) smell is just heaven. It does say this is a body and face scrub but I find it a tad too harsh on my sensitive skin on my face.

According to Lush this product will "help to calm and reduce redness whilst lavender will balance and soften the skin". But that does not give it justice, it does just that but also using this is so relaxing to use! I think it's probably the lavender but I find it so calming. I've used it before exams to calm my nerves, when I've felt unwell or in the heat to re-hydrate my skin. This is seriously more than just your average toner!

"A milkshake- thick condition with a strawberries and cream fragrance to leave your hair soft and shiny".  If you are looking for a conditioner that leaves your hair smelling incredible even after you've got out the shower then this is the product you need! Is it sad that sometimes I think something smells really good around here and then realise it's my hair...

Lush Christmas and Halloween 2015 Wishlist

Lush Christmas 2015

Finally the Lush Halloween and Christmas 2015 products have hit the shelves! One of the highlights of the Christmas season for me is seeing what new products Lush has to offer and also stocking up on my beloved seasonal shower gels (Snow fairy...obviously). However, as much I'd love to rush to my local Lush and buy it all, my bank balance is saying that's probably not a good idea for now. But here are the particular products I've got my eyes on!

Because who doesn't want to have a cute bat containing Lush goodies? And to smother a cranberry face mask all over their face? There's some new products and some oldies but goodies to get your hands on from the seasonal collection!

Have you stocked up on any of the Lush seasonal collection? Let me know what products you want to try but commenting below or tweeting me @_bowsandbuttons

Lush Lip Scrubs

If you've never tried anything from Lush these little pots of loveliness are a great place to start! They're also the perfect treat for your lips now the weather is getting colder!

The Lush lip scrubs are one of the first products that got me obsessed with Lush and experimenting with their products and since that moment I've never looked back! These little pots are a simple yet lifesaving product which I now would say are one of my staple products (ever!)

These scrubs gently exfoliate your lips and leave them feeling super soft! A bonus is that they also taste amazing, and, because they are made out of sugar and lovely natural ingredients once you've finished scrubbing you can just lick it off! Genius!

The lip scrubs come in few different flavours, above are the ones I've tried! Currently they've got a limited edition Christmas one out which smells amazing and I'd definitely recommend! My favourite out of these two is definitely Bubblegum, this is very very sweet, if you love Snow Fairy kinda scent, this one's for you.

So if going into a Lush store is overwhelming then this is a good product start with, trust me, you'll be hooked!

Lush lip scrubs have become a staple product for me, have you tried them? Let me know in the comments or @_bowsandbuttons

Lush Christmas Haul

Yesterday, Lush Halloween and, more excitingly, Lush Christmas entered stores (yippee!). Lush have brought back some old favourites but also some new, very exciting products! Of course, I had to get a few bits! I couldn't resist picking up all four seasonal shower gels, but had to hold back from going crazy on bath related things as I've got other products I'm trying to use up first! There's many more things I want to try, but for now, this is what I picked up and am incredibly excited to try out...

"...warm up even the chilliest of days & bring a sparkle to your shower."
When I paid for my basket of lushness at the till the guy told me this is actually an oldie from when Lush was Cosmetics to go...I thought it was a new product but I was obviously wrong! I like the idea that is very Christmassy but I'm not sure if I'm in love with the spicy scent as much as I am the sweet scents!
"A crisp apple shower gel to leave you feeling the fairest of them all."
A new shower gel for this year with the same scent as the So White bath bomb, rumour has it many will replacing this for Snow fairy this year! *dramatic gasps*

"...now with the addition of skin-softening seaweed."
How could I resist? And that is that! I am a snow fairy sort of gal, there is no denying it so this was the first thing to hop in my basket! An interesting ingredient addition of seaweed this year too. Since running out of this I've really missed and can't wait to be smelling of sweets again!

"Let your skin be kissed by a rose with this sweetly floral shower gel."
I didn't get the chance to try this last Christmas and I'm not sure it will be a favourite over Snow Fairy but we shall see!

"...with the same vanilla-like fragrance as Butterball bath bomb."
This is the cuteness most amazing smelling product of this Christmas' products in my opinion! Personally, I think he smells like hot chocolate and I can't wait to use him on a cold winters evening. It's full of lovely ingredients to nourish the skin so silky soft skin is guaranteed!
"A Christmassy red lip tint made with cherries and dates for sweet, kissable lips"
I'm yet to try a Lush lip balm or tint so I thought I'd give this one a whirl! Not the biggest fan of the packaging but I'll see what I think of the actual product!

Have you popped into LUSH to stock up on any Christmas/Halloween products yet? What will you trying out this year?

LUSH Mask of Magnaminty, NEW Self Preserving!

LUSH - Mask of Magnaminty ( £5.25/125g or £9.25/315g)

"A multi-purpose mask with a mixture of gentle yet effective ingredients to clean, calm and clear the skin"

I love a good face mask and who doesn't?! I've been a fan of LUSH for a while now and never really wanted to buy a fresh face mask. One, I didn't think I'd use it up by its expiry date and two, I didn't think it would be worth the money. But, here I present you with the solution to my problems...Mask of Magnaminty! Mask of Magnaminty is not one of the fresh face masks that you have to keep in the fridge and also I've been amazed at how long this little pot is lasting me, therefore has been totally worth the money!

PROS:

-The minty freshness of this mask is, for me, what makes this product stands out. It leaves your face feeling extremely fresh, clean and super soft.

-A bonus of this product is that it is self preserving, although LUSH is natural there is stuff in some products, which although occurs naturally, some people believe to be nasty. LUSH recently have been re releasing products that are now self preserving which means they've got rid of some nasty stuff and it's even better for your skin!

-As I said above, you don't have to keep this one in the fridge, unlike all of the other LUSH face masks. For me, this is more suitable because I know I have a bit longer to use it up and to be honest, I probably would forget about it in the fridge.

CONS:

- I really love this product, I really do but as much as I'm in denial about it, I'm not sure if it's causing me breakouts. This is kind of disappointing as its meant to keep skin clean and spots away, but I always seem to wake up with more spots after using this! After I've used up this pot, I'll definitely be trying other LUSH face masks and won't rule out using Mask of Magnaminty unless I definitely know it's what breaking me out!

- This isn't so much a con but more of a personal preference; I hate mint (yes.. weird I know) and while you may think it was stupid of me to by a mint product, I thought I would be able to get over the smell but it is quite strong and over powering and when it's sat on your face for up to 15 minutes it's important that you can withstand the smell of a product!

Overall, I'd really recommend this face mask, it is well worth the money and leaves your skin squeaky clean!

Have you tried any of LUSH face masks? What did you think of them? Comment below or tweet me @simplyhayleyx

LUSH Wishlist #1

I'm always having a nose on the LUSH website and always pop into my local LUSH when at the shops. In fact, I'm currently waiting for a LUSH delivery (It was meant to be here by now, but that's a whole other story but the customer service people were really good though and even kindly refunded me the packaging costs as an apology!), I ordered some products from the Kitchen and from the regular line of products.
I think LUSH have such a wide range of products and once you're out of the being overwhelmed with everything-smells-amazing-and-looks-so-lovely phase, you realise there is so much LUSH have to offer! Above are a few things I've got my eye on!

1. Bubbly Lipstick- £14.50
I feel like the makeup collection (emotional brilliance) of LUSH is neglected, I'm not sure if there is a reason for this but I really want to try the lipsticks, this one is described as  a
"Two-tone pink lipstick that gives your lips looking luscious all day long."
Plus I really like the packaging, it's very unique from any other cosmetics.

This is one of the new bath bombs from LUSH, need I sat anymore - just look at the lovely colours in it! You know it's just going to be a brightly coloured typical LUSH bath and will not disappoint.

3. Big Shampoo - £11.95
The caption for this product is "To make you feel like a mermaid" - well that's sold me already, who wouldn't want to feel like a mermaid!? I've heard and read good things about this shampoo, it is pricier than I would normally be willing to pay but if it does a good job it might be a worthwhile purchase. Must remember to get a sample next time I visit LUSH!

I love everything Vanilla, so I don't see why I wouldn't love this product! I haven't really heard much about this product but the LUSH website describe it as
"A light and fruity lotion to leave a soft and lingering loveliness about you all day."
- and I do not doubt that one bit! One of things I love about LUSH is the scents do actually linger on your skin/hair

Nearly everyday I use the LUSH "Feeling Younger" skin tint, it can be used as a highlighter or as a base with moisturiser. However, now it's approaching Summer I really want to try out Charisma which is a more bronze tint which would be perfect for a skin kissed look!

6. New shampoo bar -£5.50
I'm very intrigued by the shampoo bars LUSH offers, in particular this one I have heard positive reviews of. It is claimed you can get 60+ uses out of one of these! Apparently it's meant to promote hair growth, and as my hair feels so weak I would love to see if it makes a difference, LUSH state
"Cinnamon leaf, bay and clove bud essential oils combine with peppermint to boost blood flow, stimulating the hair follicles."

"For skin that feels royally good" - I love a good body butter, and this looks perfect for using after a shower to nourish and hydrate the skin. It's another product that shows how unique LUSH is in comparison to other brands as I've never seen anything like it!

8. Tea Tree Water-£7.50
One product I've been using every day for a while now is Eau Roma Water from LUSH. However, I've nearly ran out of this and while I love it I really want to try this one next! Obviously Tea Tree is meant to be good for keeping spots away, and I'm intrigued to find out whether this could help my spot prone skin.

Look out for my LUSH Haul post which should be up next week!

Have you tried any of these products? Or have you got any recommendations for me?

LUSH Birthday Haul

It was my Birthday last Saturday and during in my birthday shopping trip I couldn't resist picking up a few bits I've had my eyes on in LUSH. (If you didn't see my last haul, click here)

The last time I went to LUSH I went a bit crazy testing stuff out on my hand and when I got home I kept getting a whiff of something amazing. However,I smelt all the products I had bought, but unfortunately it wasn't anything I purchased in store that day. So when I went to LUSH on Saturday I tested out the products I thought it might be! It turned out to be the Vanillary Solid Perfume. It's described as a "sweet, yet sophisticated vanilla fragrance".  Now, here's the thing, I am absolutely in love with the scent of this, a lot of people say the jasmine is too overpowering which I don't find, however since purchasing it and wearing it I have had the biggest headache/migraine sort of thing, is it something to do with this perfume? I can't be sure, but I have read reviews of people saying it gives them headaches.
Another purchase of this trip was the Feeling Younger skin tint, I love a bit of highlight but I do find some can make you look a bit too shimmery. On the LUSH website it's described as "A light-reflecting skin tint made with oats, fragrant essential oils and cocoa butter for a gorgeous glow". So far I really like this product, as you an see from the swatch it blend really nicely and leaves a lovely glow but isn't too shimmery. Plus it goes perfectly with Jackie Oates. When wearing this even my boyfriend noticed that I looked different so it must be doing something!

Recently I've seen quite a few blog posts on Jackie Oates colour supplement. On the packaging this is described as a product for "fairer folk and English roses". Now I'm the the kind of person who only wears foundation because of my spot prone skin however if I had the choice I'd wear something lighter. I am quite pale so I never delved into the world of BB creams as I knew they'd probably not suit my skin tone. I haven't used this product enough to give a full review, but so far so good and it would be perfect for summer!

Finally, I was gifted this bath bomb for my birthday from one of my lovely Uni friends, Avobath bath bomb I'm yet to use it but it smells amazing, it's so sweet and reminds me of sherbert! On the LUSH website it's described as "citrus bath bomb to cheer the spirits and feed thirsty skin" as it contains oils such as avocado and olive oil for tackling dryness (see full list of ingredients here). I've heard good things about this product so cannot wait to use it!

Have you tried any of these products? If not, would you be interested in a full review of any of these items?

LUSH Shower Gels and Candy Mountain Bubble Bar Review.

I thought it would be quite nice to write a little post on a few LUSH bath and shower products, as so far my reviews have heavily focused on skincare! (see my latest LUSH haul here).

The bubble bar shown is Candy Mountain, it was part of the 2013 Christmas collection. I purchased this for myself quite a while ago, however I only got round to using it last night! I'm not sure if this is part of the Christmas collection every year but I thought it would be worth showing and just giving a mini review on it as I really enjoyed using it!

The main ingredient of this bubble bar is Fair trade vanilla absolute (for full ingredients go on the LUSH website here), which makes it smell so sweet and well, like candy! It reminds me of the Snow Fairy shower gel (see below!). So if you are obsessed with that scent, like me, you'd definitely love this! The scent stays on your skin for quite a while after using and I found it made my feel skin incredibly soft, this is the first bubble bar I've tried but they do claim to be more moisturizing than the bath bombs. As you can see from the photos it made tons of bubbles! I used the whole thing, but I definitely think it could be used for at least two baths! There is glitter in this product but it's very fine and doesn't stay on your skin but, along with the colour, it makes the bath look very girly!

The LUSH shower gels shown below Prince Charming, Snow Fairy and It's Raining Men are the only shower gels I've tried so far from LUSH. Snow Fairy is definitely my all time favourite, unfortunately its part of the Christmas collection, and sadly I didn't stock up and I'm almost out! Next, Prince Charming, which was part of the Valentine's collection, I have a love hate relationship with this shower gel, it's a very... unique scent and very hard to describe! It's very sweet but not in the same way as Snow Fairy, although it smells strong while using, it leaves a lovely scent on your skin. Its Raining men is one of my latest LUSH purchases, it's certainly not my favourite but it's very fresh and moisturizing. I think my problem is with the shower gels is that nothing lives up to the perfection of Snow Fairy!

I really want to try out Flying Fox shower gel and I'm also keen to see what the shower jellies are like. Although, it is a shame LUSH don't have a sweet candy scented shower gel as part of their permanent collection as I'm pretty sure that's all I would purchase and use!

Have you tried any of the LUSH shower gels? Which is your favourite?

Have you seen my LUSH collection? Click here to see all the LUSH products I'm currently using! A new LUSH haul post and updated collection will be up soon!

Time for a Chat ❤

So, I realized I haven't actually done a chatty post on this blog yet! Therefore, I thought I'd formally introduce myself and just let you know a bit about me, the person behind this blog. I'm not sure where to start, maybe by the fact I'm suffering from shock that it's already March, I have literally no idea where time is going! I have one and half weeks of lectures left for this academic year, then I face horrendous exams and the realization that I only have one year of University left! As much as I enjoy University, I cannot wait to get on with my life and see what the future has to offer. I've been in education my whole life and I'm fed up of my life being defined by achieving grades; numbers and letters on pieces of paper! Although arguably University is a challenge in itself, I want to start challenging myself in ways that are worthwhile and achieve my goals. I guess you could say the aim of University is to get a good classification in order to get a job, but is it really that simple? I don't think so!

Anyway, bit about me and the future for this blog! So, if you are wondering I'm currently studying Psychology, regarded by many as a pointless subject, but of course I'd argue otherwise. I personally think it provides important insight and explanation to behaviour and reveals the capabilities of the human brain and body. Even if you wouldn't consider studying Psychology, I highly recommend for you to read about it, you might even discover for yourself how exciting and interesting it is!

On this blog, I don't just plan to talk about beauty but to express my thoughts and discuss topics which are  current and of importance (maybe even a few book reviews!). Of course, if you've read my previous posts it will be very clear that I'm a bit of a beauty junkie, in particular, in love with LUSH and I am highly supportive of their campaigns, which I'm sure I will discuss on this blog in the future. Other than that there isn't much else to know; I love living near the sea, writing and going shopping (obviously!).

I plan to regularly blog and I'd love to hear suggestions of what content you'd like to me to post!

First Impressions: LUSH Ultraband Facial Cleanser

On my recent trip  to LUSH (see my Mini LUSH Haul post) I purchased the Ultrabland facial cleanser. I've been trying to find some new skincare products as my eczema prone skin has been playing up recently so I need something less harsh on my skin, the micellar water I was using has dried out the skin around my eyes. I'd seen quite a few positive reviews about this product so thought it was worth a try!

Ultrabland is a gentle cleanser and which contains almond oil, rose water, beeswax and honey (read the full list of description here on the LUSH website). I haven't been using this product long enough to say for definite if I'll repurchase but so far so good!

  PROS:

-Very gentle on the skin.

-Leaves my skin feeling very soft and fresh.

-Soothes my eczema and dry patches.

-Easy to apply and wash off (I usually apply then wipe off with a damp cotton wool pad then use my Eau Roma Water).

CONS:
- It does feels slightly greasy on the skin (but it is described oily so I'm not sure what I was expecting- duh!) but doesn't leave skin feeling oily at all once washed off!

-This product smells a bit weird in the pot (however, you kind of get over the smell once it's on your face and it could be a lot worse! A lot of people say it doesn't really smell of anything, so maybe it's just me!

OVERALL:
I really like this product so far and am using it daily as part of my night time skin routine, I can't be so sure if I'll repurchase just yet as I'm not sure if this is definitely the cleanser for me but so long as it doesn't cause any breakouts on make my skin any worse then I would consider continuing to use this! I'm also worried about how long it will last me, it wasn't particularly cheap but if it takes a few months for me to use up then I can justify it!

Have you tried this cleanser? If so what did you think? Let me know in the comments below!

Another Mini LUSH Haul!

It had been a(nother) stressful week with lots of coursework, so I popped into LUSH to treat myself to a few things I've had my eye on! I've been looking to find some new skincare so thought I'd test out these bits! (Full reviews to follow!)

Ocean Salt Facial Scrub - I haven't had a chance to try this out yet but it smells AMAZING, it basically smells like a lime cocktail! As well as sea salt for scrubbing away any dead skin, it contains  avocado butter, coconut oil and seaweed all which make your skin nice and soft! (see full ingredients here on the LUSH website)

Ultrabland Facial Cleanser- A first impressions post will be up about this soon (you can now read this here!), but ultimately it's a very gentle cleanser! I really wanted to try this out as my eczema prone skin has been very dry from the cold weather.

Eau Roma Water Toner Water- I've been wanting to try out the LUSH toners for a while but have always chosen to spend my money on other products instead but I've been using this before I go to bed to get rid of any makeup my cleanser hasn't removed, it's so relaxing and definitely worth purchasing!

It's Raining Men Shower Gel (100g)-So this is the scent of the Honey I Washed the Kids Soap, which I haven't actually tried as I'm not a soapy person. I've used it once and I'm not sure if I'm impressed, in comparison to the other LUSH shower gels it doesn't have a really strong scent and I couldn't smell it on my skin after my shower. I will test out a few more times though cause my sense of smells has gone a bit strange lately!

When paying for these products the lady who served me told me that LUSH is bringing out a new collection this month of lots of new stuff!! Unfortunately  it's top secret, I'm so excited though for the launch of new products!

Comment below if you think there is anything you think I should try!

February Favourites

LUSH Dream Cream Hand and Body Lotion - I've been using this product to try and cool down my eczema, it's £13 ish for the tub (I think) but it really is worth it and I know it will last me a while.

LUSH Popcorn Lip Scrub- With the weather being so cold this has been the best product for my chapped lips, it makes them feel SO soft!

Soap and Glory- Thick and Fast Mascara- I go through phases of loving then being indifferent about this mascara, however it's been the only mascara I seem to have been using this month! It makes my lashes look nice and long and very black.

Simple- Eye roll on- This product is so cooling and perfect to use in the mornings to help wake yourself up and refresh the skin under your eyes.

TRESemme Heat protection- Lately I realized how I've stopped using heat protection on my hair so repurchased this old favourite which smells nice and products my hair against the heat of my straighteners!

LUSH American Cream Hair Conditioner- If you want amazing smelling hair, this is the product for you! It smells incredible! I usually just put this on the ends of my hair as I feel it is a bit too heavy to use on my roots. The scent lingers in your hair for absolutely ages, which for me is extremely important!

My Kindle and new case is a non beauty favourite - I've been trying to get back into reading, this month I read The Knot- Mark Watson, it's quite a quick read that tells the story of a wedding photographer and his life.

What products have you been loving this month? I'd love some suggestions of some new things to try!

My Current LUSH Collection!

At the moment I have quite a few bits from LUSH so I thought I'd take a few snaps and show you what products I'm using on a daily basis and looking forward to using soon! Going into LUSH can sometimes be quite overwhelming as there are so many products. If you're new to LUSH or are stuck on what to buy I am loving the products in the top photos, they smell AMAZING and the scent actually stays lingering on your skin for ages! The bath bombs are mainly gifts left over from Christmas which I haven't had a chance to use yet!

-Snow Fairy Shower Gel - I am so sad I won't be able to get any more of this until Christmas!!

-Popcorn Lip Scrub- This has been amazing for the weather lately as my lips keep getting really dry and chapped from the cold and wind!

-Dream Cream Hand and Body Lotion- This does an amazing job cooling down my eczema and for putting on freshly shaven legs

-FUN (Green)- This smells so fresh and zingy I love washing my body and hair with it!

-American Cream Hair Conditioner- This leaves your hair smelling absolutely amazing even for hours after washing your hair.

-Prince Charming Shower Gel- Valentines collection, I'm a bit iffy on the scent of this and probably wouldn't repurchase.

Bath Bombs      Bubble Bars

 Dragon's Egg                     -Candy Mountain

-Sex Bomb

-Shoot for the Stars

-Bombardino

Is there any products you would recommend that I try? I really can't wait to purchase some of the Easter and Mothers day collection and also really want to try some of the skin care products!

Mini LUSH Haul

On the last day of January, after not feeling great for the last few weeks and wanting to reward myself for some good coursework grades I decided to pop into my local LUSH store. I only picked up a few things as I still have a lot of bath bombs that I received at Christmas, but I fancied buying a few things that I could use to add a little bit of the gorgeous LUSH scent and pampering to my everyday routine. I purchased American Dream hair conditioner, Prince Charming shower gel (Valentines collection), Dream Cream and Close To You massage bar (Valentines collection).

Close To You Massage bar- I've been wanting to try out a LUSH massage bar for a while but thought I'd wait until the Valentines day products were released to see if there was anything else and I'm so glad I did! The scent of this bar is extremely sweet and perfect for anyone who loves the Snow Fairy scent, it reminds me quite a bit of it. On the LUSH website it says it is scented with "Fair Trade vanilla absolute" which makes it smell gorgeous! What is even cuter is that the inspiration for the shape came from the Jammie Dodger Biscuit! I'm yet to test out this product, so can't full say what I think of it, although just by the smell I'm already rating it pretty highly already. The only thing that concerns me about this product is just how easily it melts, as soon as you have it in your hands it seems to begin to become very soft.

Dream Cream Hand & Body lotion- This product is their number one bestseller, it's described as a simple cream which with ingredients that soothe and cools upset skin. Over the years I've had a lot of trouble with eczema, mainly on my arms and legs. . I try to not use harsh products on my skin, I try to use what the doctor recommends but it never seems to work. For the last year or so, it's settled down dramatically, all except one place on my arm (the inside of my elbow) and everything I seem to put on it makes it more itchy and irritated.

I'd put off buying Dream Cream as at nearly £12 if it just made me itch like every other cream it would not be worth the money, however the last week I've been slapping on the Sudocreme in the attempt to dry it up (my eczema is gets red and sore rather than just dry) and it dried up all the nastiness but I was left with a very dry patch of skin, so as many eczema sufferers recommended and rated it highly I took the risk and decided to purchase it (at last).

I've only applied this a few times so far but am extremely surprised at how much moisture it has locked into my skin and how soft it has made it. You can still see where the eczema is and I very highly doubt it's going to prevent future flare ups but I'm definitely feeling optimistic about it so far, my skin is definitely feeling a lot smoother and calmer.

As for the Prince Charming shower gel, I have mixed feelings about it and I haven't decided if I really like it. I've used it a few times in the shower and wouldn't really say it smells like anything it is supposed to (marshmallow root, vanilla and fresh pomegranate juice). On a recent review someone said it kind of smells like chocolate orange and I do see what they mean. This smell in my opinion is quite sickly, but in a different way to other sweet scented products by LUSH. Then again, after using Snow Fairy and falling in love with it, I'm not sure any other LUSH shower gels with live up to that standard for me.

I've only used American Cream once and although it smells amazing, I'm not sure it did wonders for my hair. I have quite fluffy/frizzy prone hair and I'm not confident this product will be smoothing enough. Saying that, it left my hair smelling AMAZING, it's supposed to smell like Milkshake and strawberries! I can still smell it in my hair even the day after washing it. I will review this product fully once I've actually made up my mind about whether it was a worthwhile purchase.
